My Story

Thank you for visiting my page. Hepner Aviation is run independently by myself, Chris Hepner. My aviation journey started with taking scenic flights as a child. That passion grew over time, leading me to become an air traffic controller in the United States Air Force. After separating from active duty, I graduated with a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics and became a flight instructor. It has been a privilege to instruct these past few years, however, I have seen a need for personalized instruction designed for aircraft owners. Flight schools can work great for traditional students, but aircraft owners bring unique training circumstances. My mission is to provide you with a custom flight training solution, assisting you in becoming the safest pilot you can be.
